Cancellation Policy

We’re delighted to welcome you to our Healthy Smoothie Class. To help us prepare a wonderful experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines: Booking: Your place is confirmed once your booking has been completed. Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early so the class can begin promptly. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class may be transferred to another available date or refunded. Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable and cannot usually be transferred. No-shows: Missed classes are non-refundable and require a new booking. Transferring your place: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to someone else by contacting us in advance. Class changes: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class when necessary. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Allergies: Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. For in person classes, while we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
